From a very young age, we all get asked what we want to do when we grow up. So we start to imagine different career paths. Some say they want to be a doctor or an athlete, an actor or a lawyer, all short of jobs. And others answer that they don’t know because it’s hard for a five-year-old to know much about careers and if you like them or not.

As time passes and we grow up, we start thinking about what we want to do with our life more seriously. Most of us choose a career path in our teenage years, fulfilled with dreams of success. But being a little naive about what is about to come. I’m here to tell you that it will be way harder than you could ever imagine. But if you’re willing to go through all the ups and downs, dreams do come true.

Along the way, the setbacks and heartbreaks can seem endless. Many times you’ll feel hopeless and full of doubt about whether you can make it or not. And other times, people will doubt you. They will try to belittle your efforts and question your abilities. But you should always shake off the noise they make. These are the kind of people you don’t need in your life. On the other side, you will meet people that will be your biggest fan through thick and thin. These are the people you should hold onto. And if you need it, you should ask for their help. Every once in a while, everyone needs an extra hand or a fresh piece of advice. So don’t be afraid to reach out.

Whatever happens during your journey, you should always believe in yourself and the great things you can achieve. You should set goals towards your dreams and keep pursuing them. Step by step, goal by goal, you can do it. If you work hard enough, your dreams will come true. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

As always, see you in my next post. Until then, I would love to read your opinion or experience on this topic in the comment section.

Love, Mal
